Ingredients

  • 1¼ cups whole milk
  • 2 ½ tbsp Instant yeast
  • 4 cups flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar(softened)
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 ea. egg
  • a little sesame seeds

Instructions

1. Mix the yeast in the luke-warm milk and add the flour, salt, sugar and butter.
2. Knead the dough thoroughly, for about 10 minutes. If possible, use a mixer with a dough hook.
3.Put the dough in a floured bowl, cover it with a kitchen town and set room temperature for about an hour and a half to rise.
3. Divide the dough into 6-8 pieces and shape them into buns. Place them on a baking sheet and let them rise under a kitchen towel for another half an hour.
4.Brush the buns with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds and baked in a 400F degree preheated oven for about 15 minutes.
