Supper clubs, are temporary restaurants. These restaurants often operate from a private home, former factory or similar space, and during festivals.The pop-up restaurant was once a temporary set-up for chefs in between restaurant jobs. However, it has become a mainstay in urban epicenters globally. A pop-up restaurant provides a fairly low-risk playground for testing out my ideas. And this is the next step for me to develop and show my culinary ambition.
